SPL won the tender held by Pingtung Agricultural Biotechnology Park to operate the multiple-function logistics center in the Park from January 1st, 2014.

Pingtung Agricultural Biotechnology Park (PABP), held by the Council of Agriculture (COA), is one of the most important zones with in Free Economic Pilot Zones (FEPZs) which Taiwan government is promoting now.

SPL won the tender to operate the multiple-function logistics center in PABP and perform the major tasks of operating "Ornamental aquatic animal international transfer & transit center", general warehousing areas, and import/export terminals from January 1st, 2014, Moreover, SPL also provides value added services and one-stop-shopping services, combining custom clearance, transportation, freight forwarding services in order to fulfill all kinds of logistics demands in PABP.
